                                  Teaching Experience

My teaching is student centered and promotes active and engaged learning. Simulations, activities, and discussion are important in my course.  Promoting a decolonized pedagogy that centers the narratives, research, and histories of peoples outside the Western context is an important component of my teaching philosophy.
